Welcome to https://lkal.ma (“Service”), a collaborative whiteboard platform developed and operated by IEV Digital Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of IEV Digital Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant IEV Digital Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEV Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
